The court shop
The court
A hand-size (1:150) padel court, about 157 × 98 mm and 51 mm tall (62 mm with the light posts), 3D-printed in PLA at PadelPoint to the design you make on this site.
Colours on screen are a guide: printed filament can look slightly different.
Your logo is traced into one colour. If it has lines or gaps too fine to print, we hold the order and contact you before printing.
Price and payment
Prices are in dirhams (AED) and include VAT. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.
You pay in full when you order, on Tap's secure payment page. PadelPoint never sees your card details.
Your tax invoice is on your order page, ready to print.
We check every design
Before printing, we check every order. We accept it, send it back for a correction, or refuse it and return all your money. We may refuse a design we can't print.
Corrections
If we send your order back, your order page shows what to change and a Fix my design button.
You can change only what we flagged, and the price stays as paid: a colour can be swapped for another at the same price on that part, and a logo can be replaced but not removed.
If no colour at that price fits, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
Changing your mind
Until printing starts, you can cancel: message or call us and we refund everything you paid, the court, colours, logo, extras and delivery included.
Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Tap. A refund can show as pending for a while before it reaches your card.
Collection and delivery
Collect your court at the club in Al Quoz, Dubai, at no charge, or have it delivered for the charge shown for your emirate. An emirate without a charge isn't offered.
We message you when your court is ready or on its way.
Your date
Before you pay, each option shows the date your court will be ready to collect or arrive. It is worked out from the courts already waiting to print and the printing time, plus delivery.
The date is fixed when you pay. A correction sets a new date from the day you send it. If a date has to move, your order page shows the new one.
Your details
We use your name, mobile and e-mail for your order, and send you news only if you ticked the box.
